big botanicals

I love the symmetry and scale of two really big botanical prints. How amazing is this room, solely because of this large-scale art?

I imagine these would be super-crazy expensive, but there must be a cheaper way to get this look? I may just have to experiment with framing some poster-sized copies blown up from smaller botanical prints.

I think they'd look great above some nightstands flanking the bed, along the lines of...

Has anyone done this? What are you thoughts on this look, versus one large piece centered over the headboard?

Or a collection?

Or random, casual placement?

I recall reading somewhere that the two large botanical prints in the first image were available somewhere like Art.com for a reasonable rate. I wish I could remember exactly where, but I do know that they were reasonably affordable.

Karen, thanks for the tip--I'm going to scour art.com right now and try to find them!

It's too bad those botanical prints at Brimfield were to expensive, a collage of them would be great.
