italia approaches

I finally saw Eat Pray Love this weekend, and it has me craving another read of the book (which, as usual, was much, much better). I want to dig back into Elizabeth's Gilbert's funny, sad, honest mind and live with her through the confusion, the fear, the discovery, the hope. But as for the movie, it was of course visually beautiful and satisfying, and the Italy scenes definitely had me wanting to fast forward three weeks to my trip. For a little of this:

Where in Italy are you going? My mom is there right now visiting family. I wish I could have gone with her. I would love to go back.

Hi Anita, I haven't been there in so long either--and only did Venice and Florence last time. This time will be a little slower, traveling all through Tuscany, and of course a visit to Rome. Can't wait!

Still haven't read that, but it definitely on my list. Why is it that the book is always better?
Your trip sounds fabulous :)

I have the book but haven't opened it yet... just can't find the time and it's killing me.
