I can't wait to see the results of this! You convinced me to finally pull up the ancient (and very, VERY disgusting) carpet from my stairs this evening. Hopefully I'll get the rest of the upstairs done tomorrow. My plan is to paint the wood floors white, since my upstairs is kind of an attic. Should brighten the place up. Thanks for your inspiration!
