stripes & simplicity

Have you ever checked out your recent pins on Pinterest and seen a common thread you hardly knew existed? I just noticed that a lot of what I've been pinning lately features stripes and a feeling of simplicity. No wonder, I guess. Stripes just scream summer to me, and this is also the season when I long for simple, relaxed spaces.

Oh how I agree with you on themes on Pinterest! I need to get my garden up to scratch so looked and my garden board. I soon realised that what I wanted wasn't a garden at all, just somewhere gorgeous to sit and eat lazy lunches. Ho hum! Back to the drawing board I guess.
I know exactly what you mean. Sometimes I pin the same room more than once. Stripes and simple sound perfect to me.

Isn't it great to notice that common thread? How did we live without Pinterest? I'd be busy pinning these if I hadn't already pinned them! Love your taste and style, as always.
